La balade commence par la plaine du Comtat Venaissin avec ses vignes, oliviers, cerisiers, et ses villages perchés. Elle se poursuit avec la route des gorges de la Nesque et le belvédère du rocher du Cire. Ensuite elle se poursuit avec des panoramas grandioses sur le Ventoux. Enfin, elle se termine avec les Dentelles de Montmirail.
